When did you last do something
that was just for you?

```
"Not productive. Not for the family.
Not to tick a box. Just… for you."
If you had to think about it, this morning is for you.
Refill Your Own Cup is an intimate morning gathering for women who give a lot, hold a lot, and are wanting to recharge.
In honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, we're creating a small, honest space to slow down over coffee, in good company, with a community that shares the same struggles.
Through a facilitated group coaching conversation, we'll talk about the one thing most high-achieving women never actually make space for:
"What do I actually need right now?"
Expect real talk, genuine listening, and the kind of conversation that reminds you you're not as alone in this as you think.
```

If any of this sounds like you,
you're in the right place.

```
You're always the one holding things together — and quietly running on empty.
You crave real conversation with women who get it — not small talk, not sales pitches.
You're curious about coaching and want to experience it in a safe, small space first.
What your 9 May morning
will look like
```

Arrive & Settle In ☕

Order your coffee, find your seat, and let Saturday morning do what it's supposed to do. No rush, no agenda yet.

Introductions & Setting the Tone

We open the circle — no elevator pitches, no performance. Just honest introductions and a shared intention for the morning.

Group Coaching Conversation

We explore the question most of us never make space for. Expect depth, warmth, and honest conversation that only happens in small rooms.

Reflections & Takeaways

We close the circle — each woman leaves with one clear thing that's hers to carry forward.

We Wrap 🌿

Officially closed — though you're warmly welcome to linger and connect over a second cup.

Organisational Psychologist | Leadership & Wellbeing Coach

I've spent years sitting across from some of the most capable women I've ever met. Women who led teams, navigated boardrooms, and held everything together, with quiet grace and quietly cracking edges.

In private, so many of them told me the same thing: they were exhausted. Disconnected. Running on fumes and calling it fine.

I know that feeling too. The gap between how put-together you appear and how depleted you actually feel, it's one of the least-talked-about realities of being a high-achieving woman.

I created this circle because I believe the most important leadership you'll ever do starts from the inside out. Not as a philosophy, as a practice. One honest conversation at a time.

With a Master's in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School and over a decade of work reaching 50,000+ leaders across 150+ organisations in APAC, I bring rigour to this work. But what I bring most is presence, and an unshakeable belief that you deserve a space where you don't have to hold it all together.
